BE THE CHANGE… starts with me.
I used to think I could change the world, now I know I can only change me. And as I heal and expand and grow even more beautifully into my own Truth, rising fully into my Souls calling, I not only light up my world, I light up the whole world.
The world needs me to shine!
The world needs YOU to shine!
You’re not a victim! You’re not broken! The “dream” you are seeking is seeking you. It’s up to you to choose it.
It’s your choice….free will and all.
Will you choose to love yourself and step into your Divine Purpose?
You have the choice to step into your Divine birthright as a Spiritual Being to be the Conscious Creator you came here to be.
As Conscious Creators we consciously create our reality, with our desire to take control of our life experiences fully. In order to fulfill our purpose, our “reason for being here”, we must step fully into BEing the Creators we came here to be. Before we were told a story of who they wanted us to be, expected us to be or shamed us into being.. we knew who we were and why we came to be here.
For most of us, at some point in our childhood we voiced our dreams and someone told us that our dream was impossible. Maybe we had a dream and our parents told us it would cost too much money or we didn’t have good enough grades or we weren’t strong enough… grown ups don’t mean to crush dreams but it happens. We’ve all been told a story of who the world wanted us to be but we don’t have to listen to anyone but our own Inner Voice that is calling us home every single moment!
You are a sovereign Creator, made of stardust and Light. You are born to Create and right now in this very moment, you have everything you need to rise into your Creative power to create your dreams.
And guess what, its YOUR GIFT TO THE WORLD to do so.

You were born with your own “Inner Knowing”, the knowing that you are a powerful Being, that you are good, that you are the Creator of your experience. Though your parents may not have realized it at the time of your birth and though you could not yet speak words, you possessed a stability and a knowing that most of the adults had long forgotten. You felt safe because you knew that your guides were with you.

I’ve thought a lot about this lesson about being childlike and I believe Yeshua is reminding us that our child Spirit is wise and knows our Souls calling. As a newborn baby we are aware of who we are and we are capable of finding joy and awe in exploration and the simple pleasures of being human. I believe we are all born creative… its only that the world can take our creativity from us along the journey.
The good news is…. it is in our power to restore our creative gifts.
Take off the mask and face your self in the mirror.
This is the work required to set free your Inner Child, your Sovereign Self.
Rebirth requires death you see. Don’t expect to be reborn without the suffering experienced by the caterpillar as he shed his skin. Facing the mirror, grief is inevitable. But it here, on the ledge, as you prepare to jump off the cliff, that we LET GO in total faith!
Are you willing to redefine your definition of “failure” and “success” and “right” and “wrong”? Are you ready to step out of the dualistic mind and step into Radical Self Love as a Seeker of YOUR TRUTH?
Take off the mask. The world needs YOU, exactly who you came here to BE.

It was in my twenties that I truly met God~Goddess… on my bathroom floor. It was only in the complete and total emptying, my bare-naked, raw suffering that I faced myself and saw in the mirror my God, my Goddess, my Creator, looking right back at me. I had bit bottom, or what I thought was “bottom”. All I knew was that I was too tired and in too much pain to stay in this body anymore. I wanted nothing more to do with this world. Lying on the bathroom floor, I asked God to free me of my body and pain and bring me home. And there on the bathroom floor, I felt this presence of peace that seemed to wrap itself around me. My thoughts drifted back to my childhood to a little Sarah playing in the creek behind our house in the woods. I don’t remember every detail of that night, (and there would be more rock bottoms to come) but what I do remember was my Spirit guides giving me a gift. I was told that in order to heal I needed to call upon my childhood self, before abuse and shame and the need to be perfect. I was told to call on her and let her lead me home.
You are an architect of your own healing.

Every 7 years your cells regenerate and are born again. Choose to nurture and honor your Mind~Body~Spirit and you will live a life free to Create.
Our food is our medicine and our medicine is our food
Taking the path to nurturing our vessel, we take full control over our healing and absence of dis-ease.
Just as an architect builds a house, we are in full control of building our life, choosing the materials we use, the source of those materials and how we create our home.
The Sarah of my childhood has helped me become the sovereign Creator I came here to be. I call on her still to this day! And I’m grateful that Great Spirit was always with me, leading me to my Truth.
Several months ago my niece came to me in a dream, she showed me that one of my habits was causing me to be ill in my body. She told me I could choose to heal completely or choose to be ill and go through another battle of dis-ease in my body. This time, I decided to consciously create my future exactly how I wanted. I didn’t run to the doctor nor did I continue my habit. The next morning I gave it up and started a detox of my vessel. I chose to act on my Inner Knowing and call on my Childhood Sarah, who know exactly how to heal and care for me.
Today I feel amazing and no, I don’t need to go to a doctor to find out. I know my body. I know my Spirit. And I know how to care for Her better than anyone. This is my path and I’m not telling you never to see a doctor or to seek advice and guidance. I absolutely seek guidance from “healers” and trusted wisdom teachers. But I’ve also learned that in every step I need to check within to make sure my choices are right for Sarah.
Remember, its up to you to Create the life you imagine.
You have everything you need.
Don’t waste your time and every trying to become the person you long to be. Simply spend your time being the person you already are. The person you long to be is already the person within you. You simply need to take off the mask, shed your skin, BE.
Faith is not something that we can see. You can’t experience magic and miracles if you’re stuck in fear, doubt and disbelief.
Only those who believe in the impossible will create the impossible!!
The greatest inventions and gifts to the world we’re not created by the fearful of heart but by brave dreamers willing to follow their wild dreams!
They weren’t doing it for the money either! We aren’t meant to make choices based on how much money we’ll make. Thats not following our souls purpose, thats following the desire for money.
When you follow your Souls purpose, the abundance, including money, will flow. Every Divine Creator seeks their TRUTH!
